Final Fight

Final Fight is the season finale event that decides the season winner.

Schedule and Length

  • Starts at SeasonStart + 28 days (default noon ET).
  • Event runtime target is 60 minutes.
  • There is a 60-second pre-live countdown after players are placed.

Entry Rules

  • Minimum playtime to participate: 3 hours.
  • Late-join cutoff: 30 minutes after event start.

If you join after the cutoff and were not already eligible, you are disqualified for that Final Fight.

Rejoin Rules

When a participant disconnects:

  • per-disconnect grace: up to 3 minutes
  • total offline budget: 6 minutes
  • budget resets after 10 minutes back online

Exceeding the timeout budget disqualifies that player.

Core Arena Behavior

  • Arena uses a shrinking world border during the event.
  • Border damage is disabled; players are clamped back in.
  • Portals/gateways are blocked.
  • Elytra use is blocked.
  • Ender pearls outside arena bounds are blocked.

Elimination Flow

  • Death eliminates you from the participant pool.
  • Eliminated players move to spectator flow.
  • Last surviving eligible participant wins.

If no eligible participants remain, the event ends with no winner.

Sudden Death / Final Stage

At full collapse:

  • Arena tightens to a very small radius.
  • A barrier floor rises upward.
  • During barrier rise, players are temporarily invulnerable.
  • Once rise ends:
    • invulnerability is removed
    • blocks break instantly in final platform area
    • incoming damage bonus starts and scales up over time (+1% per minute)

Identity Masking (/hide)

During active Final Fight and inside the Final Fight world:

  • /hide on|off|toggle|status controls your personal mask preference.
  • Masking system can apply:
    • invisibility/glowing behavior
    • equipment visual sanitization
  • You can opt out/in with /hide depending on server default.

Spectator Restrictions

Spectators in Final Fight world are restricted from normal interactions (inventory/interact/drop) to prevent interference.
