/trade

Send a trade request to another player.

Syntax​

/trade <player>

Examples​

  • /trade Alex
  • /trade Builder123

How trading works​

  • If the other player runs /trade <yourname> or clicks the chat prompt, the trade GUI opens.
  • Trade requests expire after about 60 seconds.
  • You cannot start a trade while combat-tagged, and you cannot send a trade request to someone who is currently in combat.
  • If either trader becomes combat-tagged before the trade finishes, the trade closes immediately and all offered items are returned.

Notes​

  • You cannot trade with yourself.
  • Players can disable trade requests in /settings.
